Pay your installment payments via over-the counter at the following banks nationwide:

                
                
            

 Fill-up the following information on the bank's Bill Payment Form/Slip.

• Company/Institution - Loyola Plans Consolidated Inc.
• Client/Subscriber Name - (Planholders Name)
• Subscribers Reference Number - (Bank Payment Code)
• Payment Details
• Signature

 Present your Statement of Account (SOA) / Lapsation Warning Notice (LWN) together with your  cash/check payment and the accomplished Bills Payment Form/Slip to the Teller. Keep the bank  validated Bills Payment Form/Slip as proof of your payment.

 MEGALINK ATM

 Pay at the Megalink AT terminals using your Megalink ATM card. Follow the instructions as detailed:

• Insert ATM card into the machine
• Enter PIN number
• Select account type
• Press Bill Payment
• Press No Enrollment
• Enter institution code "69" For Loyola Plans (if you are transacting using EPCI Bank ATM's, institutional code is "145")
• Enter the nine-digit BANK PAYMENT CODE.
• Get the transaction record/receipt

 AUTO DEBIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

 Enroll in our Convenience Payment Option Program:

• Fill up the following information
• Be sure to fill up the following information:
  • Planholder Name
  • Payor's Name (if cardholder is not the planholder)
  • Billing Address
  • Contract No.
  • Contact Number (residence, office, mobile number)
  • Credit Card Number
  • Card Expiry Date
  • Signature

 CITIBANK PAYLITE 0% INSTALLMENT PLAN

I If you are a Citibank cardholder, you may opt to pay your Loyola plans through light and easy  installment at 0% (zero) interest rate at any of our nearest Loyola Business Center. Guidelines are as  follows:

• Only Citibank cards issued by Citibank Philippine Branch may be accepted such as Citibank Visa, Citibank Master Card, Shell Citibank Master Card and Citibank Pacific Visa
• Qualified minimum amount must at least be P3, 000.00
• Only spot cash sale or advance installments on monthly mode are covered
• Choose either from 6 or 12 months mode of installment payment
• Fills up Paylite Installment Plan Slip with signature affix on it.

 SM BILL PAYMENT SERVICES COUNTER

 Pay at the SM Malls through the SM Bills Payment Services Counter:

• Present your Statement Of Account (SOA) or Lapsation Warning Notice (LWN) together with your cash/check payment.
• If check payment, Payee should be Loyola Plans Consolidated Inc.
• get the SM validated portion of your SOA or LWN which will serve as your proof of payment.
